To all Night Drop users; You recently received a notice from the staff explaining our situation with the new Night Drop. IT IS MOST IMPORTANT that you Drop ONLY RENT. The new box is designed for rent and nothing else. Please do not put mail, work orders, paperwork and especially ENVELOPES in the Night Box. Simply write your unit # on the payment and Drop it free of paper or envelopes. Keep in mind, if your Non-Rent items jams the box and cause items to be taken, you may be held responsible. As well, if you see the box is full, please leave us a message and Drop it the next day, we will gladly work with you. Thank you for your help in correcting this issue.
